1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (stallionsecurityguards.com) or contracting Stallion Security Guards Inc. We are providing professional armed, unarmed, mobile patrol, or fire watch services, you ("Client" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Services . If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Stallion Security Guards Inc. is a private security agency officially regulated and licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) under active License PPO# 122693. We agree to provide licensed security guard personnel, vehicles, and active monitoring equipment as specified in the individual Service Agreement signed by both parties. Any adjustments to the service hours, guard pool, or operational protocols must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Obligations & Site Access

To ensure the safety of our officers and the effective protection of your premises, the Client agrees to satisfy the following obligations:

• Provide our guards and marked patrol units with clear, unhindered, and safe physical access to all designated patrol perimeters, locks, and control rooms.
• Disclose any known workplace hazards, faulty electrical lines, or active safety risks on-site prior to officer deployment.
• Ensure that on-site communication tools, gate codes, and emergency contact details are kept up-to-date.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that while private security guards serve as a powerful physical deterrent to crime, Stallion Security Guards Inc. does not provide an absolute guarantee or insurance policy against theft, vandalism, fire, property damage, or physical harm. Our liability is strictly limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any pre-existing security vulnerabilities, structural fire hazards, or natural disasters.
• We are not liable for third-party acts, active shooter situations, or emergency breaches beyond the reasonable control of our active on-duty personnel.
• Our total liability under any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to us during the billing period of the incident.

5. Payment Terms, Rates & Late Fees

All service rates, deposits, and billing cycles are specified in the individual Service Agreement. The Client agrees to adhere to the following billing terms:

• All invoices are due within the net days specified in the agreement (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30).
• Late payments may be subject to a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on any outstanding balance.
• We reserve the right to suspend or temporarily halt security deployment if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the active Service Agreement by providing written notice to the other party as specified in the contract terms (typically a 30-day written notice). In the event of emergency termination due to non-payment or severe site hazards, Stallion Security Guards Inc. reserves the right to withdraw guard personnel immediately.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Services, and any disputes arising out of our operations, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **State of California, USA**, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in **Los Angeles County, California**.
